Google Business is a Reviews connection. It brings the Google reviews for your property's business locations into Paddl, so you can read and reply to them in Reviews.
Before you start
A Google account with access to your Business Profile, the one your property's Google listing is managed from.
Pro tip: Connect with a group account, such as [email protected], rather than a personal one. The connection keeps running when people change roles, as long as it can manage your Business Profile.
Steps
Select Connect on Google Business. In the sidebar, select Add connection at the bottom of the Connections list to open the Connections page.
Sign in with Google and allow Paddl the access it asks for.
Choose your locations. Under Review Settings, select Locations and choose the business locations Paddl should collect reviews from.
Your reviews then appear in Reviews, in the sidebar. See Read and reply to reviews.
What Paddl can do
Paddl reads your reviews. It doesn't edit your Business Profile.
Manage the connection
Select Google Business under Connections in the sidebar to change your locations, reauthorise, turn it off or disconnect it.
Good to know
Only the locations you choose are collected. If a location's reviews are missing, check it's selected under Locations.
