Typeform is a Training connection. Connect your Typeform account, then add forms such as quizzes and surveys to any Activity with a Typeform block.
Before you start
A Typeform account with the forms you want to use.
Pro tip: Connect with a group account, such as [email protected], rather than a personal one. The connection keeps running when people change roles, as long as Typeform allows group accounts.
Steps
Select Connect on Typeform. In the sidebar, select Add connection at the bottom of the Connections list to open the Connections page.
Sign in to Typeform and allow Paddl the access it asks for.
Add a form to an Activity. When you create or edit an Activity, choose Typeform under Add Content, then search for and pick your form. The block shows how many questions it has.
What team members see
The form appears inside the Activity, and team members fill it in without leaving Paddl.
Important: Submitting the form doesn't complete the Activity. Team members still mark the Activity complete themselves.
Manage the connection
Select Typeform under Connections in the sidebar to reauthorise, turn it off or disconnect it.
Good to know
Closed or deleted forms are handled for you. If a form is closed or deleted in Typeform, team members see a clear message instead of a broken form.
