Reviews brings your guest reviews into Paddl, so you can read them, reply, and see how your property is rated alongside your team's training.
Before you start
A Reviews connection. Reviews come from the review sites you connect. Each one has a setup guide in the Connections collection. See How connections work.
Read your reviews
Open Reviews from the sidebar. Each review shows the guest's name, the date, where it came from and the location it's for, with its score out of 5.
Search for a guest or a word in a review.
Filter by Rating to see reviews with a particular score.
Filter by Reply to see reviews you've Replied to or Not replied to.
Unread shows only reviews you haven't opened yet.
Pro tip: Filter by Reply, then Not replied, to see every review still waiting for a response.
Reply to a review
Select Reply on the review.
Write your reply under Your response. You reply as your property, not as yourself.
Select Send.
Pro tip: Thank guests by name and mention something specific from their review. It shows future guests that someone is listening.
Your scores this month
On the right of the Reviews page:
Reviews this month: how many reviews you've received across all your connections, with the change from last month.
Avg. Score this month: your average score from all review sources, followed by the score and number of reviews for each location.
To add or change a review source, select Manage Connections at the bottom.
Good to know
Ratings without words. Some guests leave a score without writing a review. Paddl shows these as a rating without a review, and you can still reply.
See it at the source. Select View on the review site to open the review where the guest left it.
