Make the Members App look like your property, and give team members quick links to the tools they use every day.
Steps
Open App Appearance. In the sidebar, select Settings, then select App Appearance under Workspace. A preview on the right shows the Members App as you make changes.
Add a background image, such as a photo of your hotel. Team members see it first when they accept their invitation and set up their profile, then at the top of the Members App.
Choose your accent colour. It colours the status card on each team member's homepage. Text on it switches between light and dark automatically, so it stays readable.
Add your quick links. Add a link for each tool your team uses, such as payroll, rostering or your group intranet. Paddl uses the site's own icon, and you can change it.
Select Save changes.
Pro tip: Do this before you invite your team, so the first thing they see when they accept their invitation is your property.
What team members see
Quick links appear on each team member's homepage in the Members App, with their name, a short description and icon. Each one opens in a new tab.
